white portland cement
white portland cement produced by Orient Special Cement Ltd. is an ideal material for construction and decoration. It offers superior quality in low price and the whiteness is above 84%. It is mainly used in various building decoration projects and municipal construction works, for example the decoration on various surfaces such as terrazzo, floor tiles, artifical rocks, stone ornaments as well as decoration of large cultural squares. By adding with alkali resistant compound, the cement will be made into colored cement or concrete structure units as well as ceramic tile adhesive agent. The cement has high strength and is fast to concreted. Besides, it provides desirable whiteness and shine with no cracks on surface. All major parameters comply with the requirement of GB 2015-91 standard. It is environment friendly and safe to use.

★Main Technical Requirement:
　　1. magnesia content not exceed 4.5% in grog
　　2. sulfur trioxide content not exceed 3.5%
　　3. finess: weight of screen residue not exceed 10% on 0.08mm-diametered screening mesh
　　4. fixing time: initial set not less than 45 minutes and final set not longer than 12 hours
　　5. stability: boiling test
　　6. strength: not inferior than the value specified in the chart below
　　7. whiteness: divided into special grade, first grade, second grade, third grade and other grade, however all grades shall not lower than the figure specified in Fig.2
　　8. grading: classified into superior quality product, first grade product and qualified product
★Points for Attention:
　　1. The tools used shall be washed clean to ensure the cement a pure whiteness.
　　2. The mixing materials shall be clean and best in white color. The method for construction please refer to Manual for Construction Material Engineering.
　　3. The white cement shall be carefully kept from moisture or contamination during the transportation and storage to maintain a desirable strength and whiteness.
　　4. The company shall send customer the product quality examination report within the time period specified by relevant authorities.
